A blend of 83% Marselan and  17% Merlot, aged 7 months in French and Bulgarian 500-litres and 228-litre oak barrels. We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the texture of this wine, so please don’t feel anxious if you see tiny sediments. This hedonistic Rose can be enjoyed on its own or with fish and vegetable based dishes. Please do not serve this wine excessively cold (12-14 C). 3.000 bottles produced.
