A blend of 72% Marselan and 18% Merlot, aged for 6 months in French and Bulgarian 225-litre barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the texture of this wine, so please do not feel anxious if you see tiny sediments. This hedonistic rosé can be enjoyed on its own or with fish and vegetable dishes.

Please do not serve this wine excessively cold (14-16°C).
