We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

This powerful and elegant Syrah can be universally enjoyed with complex meat dishes and full-flavoured aged cheeses, such as Comté, Pecorino Sardo and Manchego.

Please serve this wine at 16-18°C.
