A blend of 83% Marselan and 17% Merlot, aged 7 months in French and Bulgarian 500 litres and 228 litres oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the texture of this wine, so please don’t feel anxious if you see tiny sediments. This hedonistic Rosé can be enjoyed on its own or with fish and vegetable based dishes. Please do not serve this wine excessively cold (14-16°C).
