A 100% Merlot, aged for 26 months in a single French 225 litres oak barrel.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This classy Merlot can be universally enjoyed with pasta, meat and aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and old Manchego.

Please serve this wine at 16 – 18° C.
