A blend of Mavrud and Merlot with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 13 months in French and Bulgarian 225 oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the texture of the wine. This original and terroir driven wine can be enjoyed with cheeses such as aged Pecorino, Beaufort and Gruyère d’alpage.
