A 100% Marselan, aged for 30 months in French and Bulgarian 225 and 500 litres oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This exciting and unusual varietal can be universally enjoyed with roast meat and aged cheeses such as Fiore Sardo.
