A 100% Marselan late harvest. Treated as a dessert red wine. Aged for 30 months in one French 225 and one Bulgarian 500 litres oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

This exciting and unusual varietal can be universally enjoyed with elaborate chocolate based desserts. Try it even chilled with cheeses.

Please serve this wine at 10 – 14° C.
