A 100% Chardonnay, wild fermented and aged for 14 months in Bulgarian 500 litres new oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

This intriguing, elegant and terroir driven Chardonnay can be universally enjoyed with fish, vegetables and full flavoured cheeses such as Castelmagno, Pont-l’Évêque, and Tête de Moine.

Please serve this wine at 12 – 14° C.
