A 100% Chardonnay, aged for 12 months in Bulgarian 500 litres oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This wine is the effort of Ogy Tzvetanov, in our opinion one of the best Bulgarian winemakers. The elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with fish, soft cheese and pasta dishes.

Please serve this wine at 12° C.
