A 70% Viognier, aged for 9 months in a single Bulgarian 500 litres oak barrel with a 30% Tamianka with no oak.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This wine is our effort to express a different character in a white wine. The “excentric” elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with seafood, seasonal vegetable dishes and soft delicate cheeses.

Please serve this wine at 10 – 12° C.
