A 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged for 12 months in Bulgarian 600-litre oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

In our opinion this wine is our best effort so far for this varietal. The elegance and exuberance of the wine can be enjoyed with fish, soft cheese and pasta dishes.

Please serve this wine at 12° C.
