A 100% Syrah fermented in stainless steel, aged in neutral oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This profoundly exuberant and classically modern Syrah is ideal with duck, vegetable-based dishes and cheese such as Beaufort.

Please serve this wine at 16-18° C.
