A blend of Merlot and Syrah, with only 20% aged for 18 months in French and Bulgarian 225-litre and 500-litre oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This everyday wine is ideal with pasta dishes, salads, light meat dishes, and also cheeses such as Pecorino and Manchego.

Please serve this wine at 16-18° C.
