A 100% Syrah fermented in stainless steel, aged in 400-litre and 500-litre oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This profoundly exuberant and classically modern Syrah is ideal with duck, vegetable-based dishes and cheese such as Beaufort.

Please serve this wine at 16-18° C.
