A 61% Cabernet Sauvignon without oak and 39% Syrah aged for 24 months in Bulgarian & French 225-litre neutral oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This unusual wine can be enjoyed with robust red meats, vegetable stews and cheeses.

Please serve this wine at 16° C.
