A 100% Viognier, fermented in stainless steel and aged in a single 500-litre Bulgarian acacia barrel.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. The complex elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with fish, soft cheese and pasta dishes.
