A blend of Merlot and Syrah, with 25% aged for 24 months in 500-litre Bulgarian neutral oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This everyday wine is ideal with pasta dishes, salads, light meat dishes, and also cheeses such as Pecorino and Manchego.

Please serve this wine at 16° C.
