A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 40 months in one French 225-litre oak barrel.
We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. Our first vintage Cabernet Sauvignon is suitable for beef-based dishes and aged cheese like cheddar or parmigiano.
Please serve this wine at 16 – 18° C.
