A 100% Chardonnay fermented and aged for 7 months in French and Bulgarian 500 litres oak barrels.
We used indigenous yeasts and applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.
This balanced and terroir driven Chardonnay can be enjoyed with fish, white meat and vegetable based dishes. Please do not serve this wine excessively cold (10-12°C).
