A 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged for 15 months in Bulgarian 600-litre oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

In a difficult vintage, this wine was a fine effort for this varietal. The classical elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with fish, soft cheese and pasta dishes.

Please serve this wine at 12° C.
