A 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged for 12 months in Bulgarian & French 600-litre oak barrels followed by 12 months in stainless steel.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. The classical elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with fish, soft cheese and pasta dishes.

Please serve this wine at 12° C.
