A blend of Syrah and Mavrud. The Syrah aged for 30 months in Bulgarian and French 225 litres oak barrels. The Mavrud is without oak.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This wine can be enjoyed with pasta, meat and cheeses such as Emmental and Pecorino.

Please serve this wine at 16-18° C.
