80% Mavrud (without oak) and 20% Syrah, aged for 24 months in Bulgarian 225-litre oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This wine is ideal with pork and vegetable-based dishes and cheese such as Pecorino Toscano and Manchego.

Please serve this wine at 16 – 18° C.
