A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Syrah, fermented in stainless steel. The Syrah is aged in second passage French oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

This food-friendly wine can be enjoyed with pasta dishes and gently pungent cheeses such as young Pecorino and Manchego.

Please serve this wine at 16° C.
