A blend of 40% Merlot, 40% Syrah and 20% Mavrud, fermented in stainless steel. The Syrah is aged in second passage French oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

This food-friendly wine can be enjoyed with different spicy meat dishes and hard cheeses. The wine is a blend created together with Raphael Thierry, Sommelier at Bibigo Restaurant, London on a rainy Autumn day (2014).

Please serve this wine at 16° C.
