A 100% Syrah, aged for 30 months in French and Bulgarian 225 and 500 litres oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. Our outstanding Syrah is ideal with duck, vegetable based dishes, and cheeses such as Comté and Gouda.

Please serve this wine at 16 – 18° C.
