A 100% Syrah fermented in stainless steel with only 20% aged in one 225-litre oak barrel.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This youthful, spicy and exuberant Syrah is a prelude to our big boy and is ideal with duck, vegetable-based dishes and cheese such as Beaufort.

Please serve this wine at 16-18° C.
