A 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier aged for 40 months in one French 225-litre oak barrel.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This powerful and unusual blend is ideal with duck, vegetable-based dishes and cheese such as Beaufort.

Please serve this wine at 16-18° C.
