A Syrah with a touch of Viognier, fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral Bulgarian oak barrels.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine.

The pure elegance of this unusual wine can be enjoyed with Asian cuisine, pasta, duck dishes, and well-aged cow cheeses.

Please serve this wine at 16° C.
