A 100% Viognier, fermented and aged in stainless steel with the addition of a 600-litre Bulgarian oak barrel.

We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. The pure and varietal elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with fish, soft cheese and pasta dishes.

Please serve this wine at 12° C.
