A 75% Viognier and 25% Tamianka, co-fermented and aged for 16 months in a single Bulgarian 500-litre oak barrel.
We applied minimum fining and filtration to preserve the natural texture of the wine. This wine is our effort to express a different character in a white wine. The sensual elegance of the wine can be enjoyed with seafood, seasonal vegetable dishes and soft delicate cheeses.
Please serve this wine at 10 – 12° C.
